Privacy Policy

Widget Casino (“the App,” “we,” “us”) is published by Garded LLC. We built Widget Casino to keep to itself. This policy explains what the App does and does not do with information. In short: there is no account, no login, and no tracking, and your game data stays on your device.

1. Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect, request, or store any of the following: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise or coarse location, photos, health data, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. The App has no sign-up, no login, and no user profiles.

2. Data that stays on your device

Your gameplay data — your virtual coin balance, game progress, the game you’ve selected for your widget, your chosen table theme, bet size, and app settings — is stored only on your device (in an on-device iOS App Group shared between the App and its widget). This data is never transmitted to any server operated by us. Deleting the App removes this data.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Widget Casino offers an optional subscription and a one-time purchase (“Widget Casino Pro”). When you make a purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store, and our purchase infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, Inc., is used to validate the purchase and manage your unlock (including restoring purchases across your devices).

To do this, RevenueCat receives your purchase/receipt information and an anonymous app-user identifier generated for your device.
This information is used solely to deliver the functionality you paid for (unlocking Pro and restoring purchases). It is not linked to your real-world identity and is not used to track you across apps or websites.
We never receive or store your credit card or payment details — those are handled entirely by Apple.

4. No advertising, analytics, or tracking

The App contains no third-party advertising, no third-party analytics SDKs, and does no cross-app or cross-site tracking. Because we do not track you, the App does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

5. Simulated gambling — no real money

Widget Casino is a game intended for entertainment. All “coins” are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for or redeemed as real money, cash, or prizes. There is no real-money gambling in the App. No financial or wagering information is collected.

6. Children

Widget Casino is rated 17+ (for simulated gambling) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, no such information is collected from children.

7. Your choices

Manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
Restore a prior purchase from within the App’s Settings screen.
Delete the App to remove all locally stored game data from your device.

8. Data retention and security

Game data lives on your device for as long as the App is installed. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained according to their respective policies. We do not maintain our own database of users.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and posting the revised policy at this URL.
