These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Garded LLC (“we,” “us”) governing your use of the Widget Casino application and its widgets (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Widget Casino is a game intended solely for entertainment. It simulates casino-style games using virtual “coins.” Coins have no real-world or monetary value. They cannot be purchased for value, won as prizes, redeemed, exchanged, cashed out, or transferred for real money, goods, or anything of value. The App offers no real-money gambling. Outcomes are for amusement only. Practice or success in the App does not imply future success at real-money gambling. You must be at least 17 years old to use the App.
The App is free to download and includes optional purchases (“Widget Casino Pro”) that unlock additional games and themes:
All purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The weekly subscription automatically renews for the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region; any price change will be presented to you before it takes effect. Refunds, where available, are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to tamper with game state, exploit or cheat the coin system, interfere with the App’s operation, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App and all of its content, artwork, and software are owned by Garded LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garded LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. Because coins have no monetary value, no loss of coins constitutes a real financial loss.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Garded LLC only, and not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal-or-regulatory-compliance, or consumer-protection claims. Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party intellectual-property infringement claim relating to the App. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist-supporting,” and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Garded LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
